The Jordanian American Physicians Association (JAPA) is excited to invite residents, fellows, attending physicians, and students to submit their abstracts for the 3rd Annual JAPA Conference 2025. This CME-accredited event is a premier platform for presenting your latest research and clinical work.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Originality: Your abstract must present original research, case studies, or clinical innovations that have not been previously published or presented elsewhere.
- Clarity: The abstract should be concise and clearly written, detailing well-defined objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Methods: Outline your research design, data collection, and analysis methods to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Results: Summarize key results with their significance. Negative results that contribute to medical knowledge are also welcome.
- Conclusion: Ensure conclusions are supported by the data and discuss the relevance of your findings for clinical practice or future research.
Word Count:
Abstracts should be 350-400 words in length.
Presentation Formats:
Accepted abstracts will be considered for the following presentation types:
- Poster Presentation
- Mini Oral Presentation
- Full Oral Presentation
Awards:
Selected abstracts will be nominated for awards, recognizing outstanding research contributions.
Review and Selection:
The JAPAcademy Editorial Board will review all submissions, adhering to the criteria above. Accepted abstracts will be published as a supplement to the JAPAcademy Journal if the author present them in person.

All abstracts must be submitted by January 31, 2025.
