Purpose
JAPA Academy strives to become the best medical education online learning platform allowing JAPA educators worldwide to present their high-quality education through online and in-person courses. We aim to empower medical students and physicians around the world to achieve academic excellence through our affordable medical education.
We aim to build a flexible platform that allows medical trainees to benefit from expert-delivered teaching material at their own pace. We also aim to start JAPA Academy medical Journal, promote clinical and basic research education to Jordanian students and JAPA members around the world through courses, the annual JAPA medical conference, direct mentorship, and promote research collaboration.

Goals
Critical Care Course
In this course, you will have full access to comprehensive self-learning modules covering bread and butter and advanced topics in critical care medicine. You will deep dive into intensive care-related fields such as pulmonary, infectious disease, cardiovascular, gastroenterology and hemato-oncology, renal and metabolic, surgical and obstetrical care, and neurocritical care medicine. More than 40 American boarded experts from different specialties present this course over 9 sections including over 54 modules. Expand your knowledge in each module with recorded lectures and reading material and test your knowledge with a short quiz at the end of each module.

Bashar Alzghoul, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine, and critical care medicine. He is also certified in critical care ultrasonography. In 2014, he received his medical degree with honors from the University of Jordan School of Medicine. His postdoctoral training includes a residency in internal medicine at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where he was awarded the Thomas & Andreoli of Excellence in Internal Medicine.
He also completed a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at the University of Florida. He has over 30 PubMed Indexed publications and > 40 conference presentations in the field of pulmonary and critical care medicine. He received many awards for academic and research excellence.

Eman Al-Antary is a pediatric Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplantation specialist. She completed her medical degree from The University of Jordan in 2014 followed by intern year and a transitional pediatric residency year at King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in 2016, during which she was also an investigator at both KHCC and Stem Cell Therapy Center. Thereafter, she joined Children’s Hospital of Michigan (CHM) for her pediatric residency and pediatric Hematology/Oncology fellowship training.
She is American Pediatric Board certified in 2019 and currently American pediatric Hematology/Oncology board eligible. She will be joining the Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy team at CHM as a faculty member in August 2022. Her research interest is translational and clinical researches in her field of practice especially oncology and immunodeficiency.

Raad Z. Al-Muhaisen graduated medical school from the University of Jordan school of medicine in 2018. He is currently an Internal Medicine resident at Roger Williams Medical Center. He was a founder of the Bel-Arabi foundation which is a non-profit organization dedicated to translating and creating Arabic scientific content on the internet. He is interested to pursue a clinical career in cardiology.
