Our Exhibitor Packages
Exhibitors achieve presence at the JAPA MATCH Symposium 2025 conference with a dedicated tabletop exhibit located outside the general conference room.
Exhibitor Packages Include:
- One six-foot skirted tabletop located typically outside the general session room, for the duration of the conference. Exhibitors may use their own display, but it should not exceed a six-by-eight-foot footprint.
- Ability to distribute materials, collateral, or other promotional items from the tabletop display.
- Option to provide additional signage or displays, but should not exceed the six-by-eight-foot footprint.
